we would like to inform you that from July 1st of 2021 products purchased online from overseas platforms are subject to import tax. Therefore, your purchases from CelestaPro may fall in category of new VAT taxation rule and depending on your country you might have to pay taxes. Please be aware that your order amount with us does not include taxes.
- All available products from our online store are dispatched within 1-2 business days excluding devices.
- The dispatch time for heavy devices are negotiated individually as these products must be sent via Logistic company after the order is placed.
- We cannot offer any guarantee and the time indicated is approximate.
- Most orders ship next business day.
- Currently, all orders are shipped through EMS, FedEx, DHL. We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier. Please note, during high volume sales, collection launches, discounts and promotions, orders may take a few extra days to process.
- Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and South Korea public holidays. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on Monday unless it falls on a holiday then it will be shipped out the next working day.
- Products are shipped from our warehouse in South Korea.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a unique tracking number as proof the consignment was sent. You can track your shipping using received tracking number on our website: Track your order
- Please be aware that Celestapro.com is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.
Delivery times are approximate and not exact. Any delay does not constitute a rescission of the contract between celestapro.com and the Purchaser. If insufficient data is given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery. In case of delays on our part beyond the reasonable time, we will issue a refund to the Purchaser.
